Tiger AS - The clever alternative to ploughing
The four-bar Tiger AS is designed for intensive soil cultivation to a depth of 35 cm. Even high straw or other crop residue content is worked in evenly without trouble and all in one pass. Four rows of narrow tines (tine spacing 20 cm) break up the soil and avoid harmful layers of soil. The extremely high clearance (85 cm frame height, at least 80 cm tine spacing in one row) guarantees continuous, blockage-free working, even under difficult conditions.
Tiger AS - With optimised TerraGrip tines
The tines were adapted and newly constructed for the new Tiger AS. The trip force is 500 kg; the maximum force value is only 20% higher than the trip value. This protects the points and frame. The trip height remains at 30 cm. Experience gained from over 70,000 first generation tines produced was incorporated into the new design. The MulchMix point with optimised point angle and large point diameter is designed to work in crop residue intensively and for deep soil cultivation. All Tiger models are equipped in the same way apart from the tines. The disc harrow is followed by the large tyre packer 7.5-16 AS (ø 78 cm).
